What we provide

CashBuyerRated publishes information about companies that buy houses for cash: facts from public sources, what companies say on their own websites (labeled as their claims), a score calculated by a published formula, and reviews from verified sellers. Our methodology is described on How it works.

Information only, not advice

• Everything on the site is general information. It isn't legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.
• Information comes from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or change after we check it. Every fact shows its source and the date we checked it.
• Always verify details directly with a company, read any contract carefully, and consider talking to a real estate attorney before you sign.
• Scores and rankings are opinions produced by our published formula, not guarantees about any company.

Reviews and user content

• Reviews reflect the experience and opinion of the person who wrote them, not CashBuyerRated.
• By submitting content you confirm it's truthful and based on your own experience, and you give us a license to display it on the site.
• We remove content only when it breaks our published rules, never because a company pays us or dislikes it.

Companies we cover

• We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Yelp, Reddit, the Better Business Bureau, or any company we cover.
• Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the company. Companies can ask us to remove their logo.
• Companies can request corrections through the correction form. We fix verified errors quickly.
• Companies cannot pay to change their score, ranking, or reviews.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, post reviews about a company you work for or compete with, or try to disrupt or copy the site at scale.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CashBuyerRated is not liable for any decision you make or any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
